Kozie Kottage is family owned and operated.  We are located in the Royal Palm Acreage on 1 1/4 acres of lush green landscape.  The property is completely fenced to provide safety.  Our nursing staff have over 30 years of nursing experience.  All employees are trained, certified and level 2 background screening done as per the state of Florida.  Kozie Kottage features comfortable cozy rooms.  Each room is furnished with simple and elegant furnishings.  Residents are encouraged to bring photos or items that bring them peace and comfort to personalize their room.  We offer stimulating activities and encourage residents to participate.  Residents are encouraged to do as much for themselves to maintain dignity and independence.
